Neodymium ring magnets are strong rare earth magnets that are circular in shape and have a hollow center. Neodymium (also known as "Neo", "NdFeb", or "NIB") ring magnets are the most powerful magnets on the market today, with far more magnetic properties than other permanent magnet materials. Due to its high magnetic strength, neodymium ring magnets have replaced other magnetic materials to make the design smaller and achieve the same effect.
1. Various sizes and shapes of neodymium circular magnets
We offer licensed neodymium ring magnets of different lengths, outer/inner diameter, finishes, and high-quality grades. The surface treatment options for NdFeB ring magnets are uncoated, three-layer (Ni Cu Ni) nickel coating, or aluminum IVD (ion vapor deposition) coating to achieve optimal corrosion resistance.
2. Manufacturing method
Our neodymium disk is sintered to achieve optimal magnetic strength and axial magnetization (the magnetic direction is along the axis of the magnet from the North Pole to the South Pole). Common surface treatment options include uncoated, nickel copper nickel, and zinc coatings.
3. Measurement tolerance
The standard tolerance for diameter and thickness dimensions is+/-0.005 .
